Fly past Hotspring Island and along east coast beaches past ancient Haida village sites of Windy Bay, Skedans, Cumshewa, Copper Bay, Skidegate and Haina. Whales and Sea Lions are elusive by nature, but ask your pilot; he may know where they are.
