ABOUT BOOKING YOUR TOUR
When you have decided which tour you wish to take, the preferred date and time, and the number in your party, please proceed with booking. To secure your booking, you must supply a credit card reference when you request the tour. Our booking department holds your request, and ten days before the tour departs, we calculate the total number of guests who will be taking the flight, and determine the price per customer. You will recall that the pricing that appears on this site reflects the cost of the aircraft charter, and that price is equally by each tour passenger on the flight. Ten days prior to departure, our booking department will process payment for 50% of the cost of the tour, based on the number of guests booked at that time. Our department will endeavour to contact you by telephone or e-mail at that time. Payment for the balance of the tour is due upon check-in. Wherever possible, we blend travel parties together to achieve the best pricing possible.Cancellation Policy
Cancellation notification received 14 days (2 weeks) or more prior to scheduled departure:Notice of cancellation is required. No penalty.
Cancellation notification received less than 14 days prior to scheduled departure:
Guest will be charged 50% of the tour rate.
No show:
Guest will be charged 100% of the tour rate.
Inland Air Charters is not responsible for any expenses incurred by guests in preparation for the trip (e.g. non-refundable airline tickets or other travel expenses, and the like.)
Inland Air Charters Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject any person on tour, and to make changes to the itinerary wherever deemed necessary in consideration of the safety and comfort of tour participants.
