Company Philosophy
The mission of Inland Air Charters Ltd. is to meet and exceed the expectations of all its customers by providing exceptional professional service in the safest environment possible. Owner/President Bruce Macdonald pledges, "We will not fly in marginal weather. It's safety first, and if we can't fly, we won't even attempt it," he explains.
A coastal pilot for some thirty years, Macdonald readily admits that he was at first hesitant about flying on the North Coast, because he had heard stories about the difficult weather and flying conditions. Today he loves the area, but this has in no way diminished his respect for Mother Nature.
Macdonald sets the tone for his employees and the team's genuine devotion to customers and high degree of professionalism is quickly apparent. "Our aim is to treat our customers the way we would want to be treated, and here everyone contributes to the delivery of top-notch service and an excellent product."
Aircraft have been carefully matched to the needs of Inland Air's customers, and the company flys DeHavilland and Cessna float planes. The planes are equipped with advanced safety equipment, and maintained to the highest standards. To ensure the best passenger experience, each tour guest is provided with a headset for ease of communication. The company's bush-savvy pilots are experienced and use their knowledge and information to provide informative and interesting tours, working carefully to uphold the company's excellent safety record.
